Absolutely incredible experience! It was my first time skydiving so I was feeling quite nervous, Zac was amazing at explaining everything and helping to keep my nerves down! Such an amazing experience and the views over the Whitsundays are absolutely breathtaking. The flight up is equally as beautiful as the skydive down. 100% recommend the Skydive Australia team at Airlie Beach for anyone looking to do a tandem skydive, best day ever!!

This was my first skydive and I had an amazing experience ! I was paired with Sergio who was lovely and went over all the things I needed to know before and during my jump. I paid extra for the wrist video and I'm so glad I've got all the photos and videos to remember my jump. I felt completely safe and the views were outstanding! Highly recommend!

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding an incident that occurred approximately three years ago at your establishment. As a backpacker at the time, I encountered a distressing situation that has stayed with me due to its handling and the treatment I received. While parked in your designated area due to COVID restrictions, a bus from your skydive center collided with my vehicle, resulting in a noticeable dent. The driver acknowledged fault immediately. However, upon requesting his driver's license for documentation, I was met with dismissive behavior from your office representative. Despite the driver admitting fault and my clear explanation of the incident, I was unjustly denied proper resolution. The dismissive attitude and refusal to address the situation professionally made me feel marginalized and disrespected. This treatment, especially towards a foreigner, is not reflective of the hospitality and fairness that visitors should expect in Australia. I made efforts to report the incident to the authorities, but due to insufficient evidence, no action could be taken. This experience not only resulted in damage to my vehicle but also left a lasting negative impression of your center. It's disheartening to see such disregard for customer concerns and a lack of accountability for your employees' actions. As an Australian citizen now, I am deeply ashamed that this incident occurred in my country. I hope this feedback prompts a reassessment of your customer service policies and a commitment to fair and respectful treatment of all patrons.

Where do I begin? The whole experience was just INCREDIBLE. I cannot even put it into words how amazing it was. The crew, the support, the equipment, the photos, EVERYTHING was fabulous! I could not have wished for more. This is my second time skydiving with Skydive Australia and what better place than to do it over the Whitsundays! I was so nervous but the crew made me feel so at ease and I feel very lucky to have done this once in a lifetime experience with Skydive Australia, over the beautiful Whitsunday Islands! I would 10000% recommend to anyone considering a skydive. You really are in the best hands!
